Peak Season	15th December to 28th February		$250 per night
Public Holidays	Easter/Queens/Waitangi/Labour/Anzac Weekends		$250 per night
Shoulder Season	1st March to 30th April 16th September to 14th December		$210 per night
Winter Season	1st May to 15th September		$180 per night

Cleaning services available upon request $50

Linen Hire available upon request $80

Conditions:

• A maximum of 8 persons per stay.
• A minimum of 2 nights stay year round except;
• A minimum of 7 nights stay between Xmas and New Year (25th December – 1st January).
• A minimum of 3 nights stay Easter/ Queens Birthday/ Waitangi/ Labour/ Anzac weekends.
• No parties or loud music.
• Check with Tracey about suitability for your children.
• No smoking.
• No pets.
